New build more damage oriented. Dropped AMS and BAP, to bring up the engine to XL 295, and add 2 more DHS. With a heat efficiency of 41%, you are able to alpha pretty frequently without overheating :)

Build plays off the laser duration quirks with the standard medium lasers, giving you more weight for utility, DHS, and armor, while still giving a respectable spam-able alpha of 30 damage with more range than the MPLas. AMS is good to protect you and close teammates, so use the buddy system!

I like to use Pulse lasers on the WLF-1 (for the laser range), and think regular medium lasers are more suited to the -1A (for the laser duration quirks) which can also hold a 6th laser, giving both variants an alpha of 30 damage, with a more rounded comparison of range and laser duration. As I'm typing this, it's becoming very clear to me that I'm a fan of finding a balance...

    Original Bloodhound

sniff out those jailbirds with the BAP(I like to call it a snoopy, cause y'know, he was a beagle)

    5/5,
Great build, really enjoy the -10 duration with medium lasers.

    5/5,
Excellent build: it has been proved a very valid mech in most of my FP games.

With new DHS buff, you can easily manage an XL295 6xERML boat with either a neat 60% cooling efficiency and no TC1 or swap a TC1 and drop to a very good 55% cooling efficiency.

The good old 6x(non-ER)ML feels too cool: 69% cooling efficiency

LE270 with TC1 and LE280 without TC are now even more legit due to excellent cooling efficiency

LE270 with 6xERML and TC1 could be a thing, but it will feel very hot compared to the XL version. I'm not sure if the added survivability is gonna be worth it compared to the loss with speed (higher chance to avoid damage at all)

    5/5,
I pulled down to a LE250, added a 4th double heat sink, and maxed the armor.
Since you can't really peak effectively as the weapons are pretty much all in the torso I wanted to be able to twist either side to soak damage.
115 Kph is respectable and 30 point alphas are nothing to scoff at when you can alpha 7 times on Terra Therma before having to hold off for a second on the 8th.

I just keep coming back to this one. It's so satisfying to whittle down entire teams with just ML fire.
    5 stars. Delish

Edit: My first mech to get over a 1000 damage and I rarely do below 400 even on a loss.
If I could do 6 stars I would.
