As the title says, it is a surprisingly effective mech. Hard hitting and Brutal, it is capable of near constant laser fire with the salty surprise finisher of an AC20 and Dual 6 Pack Barrage.

You literally beat me to posting this build by one minute! I use a cUAC 20, though.

 

It wrecks face.

 

Ultra-20 w/additional heatsink and no floating tonnage (shaves a bit of armor):


Still works with non-Ultra by moving ammo location, fills up final floating slot.
