I've been theory crafting this one for a while, finally got the chance to execute it. I opted for speed and decent cooling efficiency. It can keep up with a number of lights and giving it nearly Ice Ferret speed. AMS isn't really required, but I had 1.5 tons left over and two open slots to fill up all critical slots, conversely you could put in a Beagle Active Probe in place of the AMS and ammo.
I played this for a while and it didn't live up to my expectations, so I made some armament changes. Everything else is the same on it. It runs a little hotter and it feels like a fast Hunchback-4P. Can't decide to name it a "Hunch Hawk" or a "Phoenix Back".
This did come to mind, but you only get one crit chance with the LPL, and I'd get 6 with the SPL. I'll have to play both more before I can really get a gauge on which I like better.
