Stalkers rarely get armed because of the profile of their torsos. I usually keep 40 armor on the arms. I also like having TAG to spot ECM targets and BAP to prevent a light from circling around me with ECM and stopping me from shooting. Personally, I'd go with something more along the lines of this: Or for more ammo: Unless you're between 180-270, the efficiency on LRM boats is very deceiving. Even in my +ammo version, you have 59% heat efficiency with only LRMs, and 47% with only MLs. Now, at that 180-270 (or more) where you might use both, yeah your efficiency is terrible. I find that outside of that range, I have more problems running out of LRMs than I do with overheating.
