Inspired by Falconium's rac boat, and Aylek's Gauss+AC2 combo, this is a suppressive s.o.a.b. with some nasty DPS (AC10s are very close to AC20 in that regard due to the low cooldown). The RAC2 buff made this pretty good as RAC2 need very few tons of ammo.
