    This is "The ABC"



    This build is viable in urban maps, where you can easily get on top of buildings and rain down 24 ATM's missiles on your target without Line of Sight. This kind of build has been tested succesfully especially in Faction Play (e.g.: Vitric Forge defense), so I don't recommend this build in any other game mode or pug map.

    ERMLs should be used for personal defense against med-short ranged enemies, but you should never use them as your main weaponry or go for trades: this mech is made of paper even if you go for survivability skills, so you should always avoid damage or trades if your are likely going to be hit by an alfa strike.

    Skill wise, as always go for operations, plus:
    • You must unlock ammo (you will then have ~26 alfa strikes instead of ~21) and anything you are willing to in firepower, mostly cooldown and range (300 meters optimal instead of 270 is a nice addition, because the "dead-zone" of 120 meters won't change and you basically moved from 150 to 180 range)
    • Agility could be a nice addition, but you are using the biggest engine available, so you already have a decent maneuverability.
    • Survival is actually worth it: despite the chance of your armor/structure values from "tissue paper" to "thick paper", you will have an higher chance to surive a surprise attack or an unexpected alfa strike. If you have nodes to spare, go for it.
    • Regarding consumables, go for UAVs and Air Strikes. UAVs will obviously help you with locks, while airstrike will help you to soften big groups of enemies. I would not unlock coolshots because if you ever find yourselves in the need of using a coolshot, there are either too many enemies to shoot at (then you should use an airstrike) or someone is chasing you and you are shooting back with your ERML (if that is the case, you are probably gonna die anyway).
    • Seismic sensors could be a nice touch, but are not mandatory.

    UPDATE: modified with cLAP and +1xJJ, modified ammo values due to patch

    This build should have a slightly better time compared to a huntsman due to it's better engine rating, despite the -1xJJ and fewer backup weapons.
