    CTF-4X The Gunslinger Survivor Edition.

    CTF-4X The Gunslinger (a.k.a. Shkval) by HEV4 (a.k.a. HEV_141).
Before unlock Speed Tweak, I used 210 STD and less ammo.
Yes, it's slow, but I prefer have more chance to survive. If you want more speed, replace one DHS and 200 STD for 255 XL.

    CTF-4X The Gunslinger Runner Edition.

Tips: Watch the heat level and don't waste ammo.
UPD: After introducing Heat Penalty, I noticed that this build become faster heat up if fire alternately. So here is another tip: Try to shoot at the same time with both hands.

I've played this build quite frequently, and It's a bit better to have 2 med lasers than just one. Other than that, not much can be improved. Good build!

Thank you for your appreciation. (I hope I spelled that right. :) )
This is my favorite build. I play on this mech 90% of all time and I still can't make decision which is more important: additional DHS, more ammo or second med. laser.

This is my version of this. I moved to the STD240, cause, honestly, with the STD200 u are way more a target than a gunslinger :wtf: ,its simply too slow. Not that the STD240 change it into a Ferrari, but it helps, a lot, to reposition and to use covers :p

In doing so i dropped the sinks, ammo, and the CASEs, and added a secondary backup weapon. I moved the AC/5 ammo to the legs, and the AC/2 in the side torsos, cuase even if it explodes, it will deal way less dmg than the AC/5 to ur internal structure, effectively allowing me to drop the CASEs for 1 more ton of payload.

Added more armor to the spec, 50ish points. Again, maybe not a lot, but a noticeable ammount due to my change from Standard to Ferro.

Also added a SRM4 to the head with ammo in the Central Torso to allow "zombie" mode and as backup in close quarters.

I named this varation [size=14pt]"Shake it, Baby, Shake" :p :

U can drop the SRM4, that with its ammo is a save of 3 tons that u can drop to ammo, heatsinks (probably whr it is better placed, actually), AMS or BAP (or both). Up to you.

A version with AMS and BAP and the ammo placed in the torsos moved to Center Torso's and Head's now empty slots from the SRM. Notice the interior completely full with 0 empty slots:

I wouldnt drop the MLas, cause u can be unlucky enough to empty/explode ur amo racks, but if u do u can even save 1 last ton to add more payload. Balance if u want a non-ammo dependant weapon or 1 more ton of ammo for ur ammo dependant ones ;)

    EDIT:
Bored again gave this a second look and came to this other variant with UAC/5s and 2MLas, but is basically the same idea, except that now is even faster-firing :D
