Nice build, personally i think you need the Artemis, otherwise SRMs just splatter too widely - with the LB20 thats the cone is pretty similiar.

This thing has a ton of heat sinks, so i dont notice a problem with Laser AMS, its much cooler with a Rac 2/ 5 combo (see update above).
