Simple, versatile, brutal up-close. It can both poptart and brawl. I think it's one of the best TBR builds i've tested so far.
It's more powerful than a DS. 35 pinpoint alpha + 10 splash damage at longer ranges, in a faster, more agile package that can lose a torso. Oh well
