Fun build, good damage.
You need at least 10 HS or DHS, the second build is illegal. I also think you're better off with SLas than SPLas as you get the range and cooldown...
I don't like how hard it is to see the loadout of each of your mechs. Also it took me almost 10 minutes to figure out how to save my mech loadouts....
