Has just enough speed to keep up in the fight. Once you're there, sit and wait for anybody stupid enough to get near you, then BOOM!
It looks incredibly brutal, but I would never drop with anything slower than 48 km/h: you will only be able to perform ambushes and you will be next extremely slow when pushing. Maybe you should consider dropping a little ammo to improve the engine: 100 lbx10 shots pre-skills are 1000 potential damage, 120 shots and 1200 damage with maxed ammo skills. With LBX20 will get even better: 9 shots per ton instead of 7.
You had some empty slots. Fixed it for you. With the limited life expectancy due to slowness how much ammo do you really need? Maybe trade a ton for more LBX 10 ammo.
