My first post to this forum, but I'd like to hear some criticism (also not sure how to post the smurfy preview box). I decided my old brawler build (which used to be kick ass) is now insignificant, so I created the Czar. It's a pretty balanced mech that is intended to provide ECM and supporting fire at any range.
