Just keep the missiles flying - all the time!

The awsome is frawned upon because of its width. However, because it is so wide, it is also quite low, and has high missile hard points. This makes it a very good ridge peeker with MRMs. The LRMs let you keep the damage going and supress the enemy from behind cover. So, the standard MO is to peek, unload the MRMs plus the LRMs (not the same ghost heat group), then retreat backward and unload another volley or 2 of LRMs. Invest in “target decay” skill, it helps a lot. In the open you have effectively MRM100.

Do not use this as a lurm boat! LRMs are the secondary weapon. Be active and try to keep the enemy at 200-300 meters for maximum damage.

    P.S.
You can fire MRM80 and eat the ghost heat. The build is cooler than it looks thanks to quirks. If you are hot in the open field, use the MRMs only. Otherwise, just retreat to cover and continue to fire the LRMs till you cool.

A troll version with NARC replacing the LRM5. The idea was to fire the NARC with the MRMs, then retreat and LURM the poor fella with indirect fire. On some maps, getting NARCed can be the kiss of death if your team has some more LRM boats. Often opponents do not even notice that they are NARCed when it hits them together with 80 MRMs...

Eventually I found the above version with the LRM5 to be more useful.
