I wanted dual PPCs for Powersniping and high Close Range Power, but also very much DHS to cool down fastly. This build here with 18 (!) DHS, works pretty fine for me. I mainly snipe at Long - Mid Range at Assaults and Heavies, well placed shots at Head/CT. For Mediums and Lights, which come too close to me i strike them down with the combination of the SRMs and MPLas. I never fire Alphastrikes with this build, not necessary. Just fire and then run around in cover for fast cool down, then fire again, etc. Never stand still. The MPLas and SRMs can deal a lot of damage at mid-close range, because you can fire very constantly with good Cool Efficiency. Have your Teammates cover you and you can kill many many foes. Hey there @Blagg Zear. I like the build, but I was wondering if 3 tons of SRM ammo was too much? That's 25 full volleys of missiles. Just my 0.02¢.
