Interesting idea. I'd be tempted to lose the UAC5's and go LB2X's, making it more of a long range DPS build than a burst build. Mostly for cooling/sustained DPS purposes: _ I have a BAS with 5xAC2, 1xERPPC which is pretty nice. Peeps and AC2's can complement each other pretty nicely too.
That build has its place, but I am looking for something with less facetime and able to high poke. And also turn a corner and dish out 80 damage in half a second. The second PPC was making the build hot and lost out on brawling sustained dps. Pulled out a 790 damage game with it already, so there is some promise. It doesn't trade as well at long range, but 1x PPC gives more tonnage instead of using an UAC5 or 10. Still respectable at 700 meters. I am finding it easy to secure kills at short range. Which is what most fast mechs tend to do to BASs. Had a bad sting of games with 1-12, 2-12, 1-12 losses, where I got decent damage and a kill in every game.
