Edit: Started as a bad LRM meme build. The ATM one isn't so bad.
Bad build. Meme use only. Not effective. No tag, no secondary weapons, other mechs can do this better. LRMs are in a really bad spot right now with low velocity, bad tracking, and the lockon system. No ferro armor option. 14 tons of jump jets.

It can jump really high though.

It is really unexpected to see an assault poptart this high.

Seriously, don't use the LRM build or maybe clan LRMs at all.

 

So, maybe the ATM version could work out ok.
