Looks pretty darn good. I would not strip the legs quite as aggressively as you have. I've re-distributed the ammo and the armor on this:

Extra heat sink or TC is optional. When skilling it up from base I would use the extra heat sink, once fully skilled I might trade it back for a TC, assuming you're putting some skills into heat gen or cool run.
