Welcome to the forum, but It would be really nice for the mods and for the people viewing your builds if you followed the code of conduct on how to name them. MPL got a nice buff in the latest patches, and the STD350 should give you the speed you need to close in to use them at their optimal range. However, 8 tons are much better put to use with 6 ML and 2 more DHS. The shorter burn time is not really necessary, even though the idea is to open people up and use an LBX+SRM6 to crit them out.
Sorry changed it to meet the standard. I had 6 ML but I had a tad of extra weight so I started to tinker as I had little to no crit spaces left.
Don't equip endosteel then. Sure, it gives you 5 extra tons, but if you can't use them optimally and need the crit slots more, try making it work without ES: I moved some heatsinks from the engine slots into the torso for 'crit padding'.
^Too little AC20 ammo The BAP is unnecessary, exchange that and .5 tons of armor (probably legs) for 2 more tons. Some people target the legs of course (I try to, when I'm not distracted by their backs), so if you really want full armor there, you can drop to a STD360 engine and have a little bit less than .5 tons left. I didn't think that Endo Steel, AC20 and that many heatsinks would fit into a mech though, so that's nicely fitted.
