A fast and fragile AC2 delivery system. Probably the other most effective way of using this mech, other than those 4x MG builds. If you just need a single Ballistic slot you should use THE WONDERFUL 3m WITH ecm INSTEAD. You can also mount all the Dakkas on the same side.
Definitely the best build for the CDA-3C chassis. It’s great for harassing, suppressing fire and fire support. The only downside of this build is the small amount of ammo (only 225 shots). Therefor I decided to downgrade the engine to an XL280 (marginal speed decrease of 9 kph) to fit an extra ton of ammo and some extra armor (232 -> 250). With the extra ton of ammo you get an extra 75 shots (total of 300). This is still not enough - in my opinion - but at least a little improvement. To get another 75 shots you could also drop the medium laser. I personally prefer the first build over the second one because I like to have a backup weapon in case I run out of ammo and that happens quite often. I usually use Advanced Zoom, Advanced Seismic Sensor and an Advanced Artillery Strike as modules. With my MOD of the “Little Miss Dakka” build you should be able to do 450+ DMG avg. and
