Clan Wave 2 Mechs

Koshi / Fenris / Loki / Man O War, with "Ultimate Clan" as Mad Dog.

 

Mist Lynx is arguably the best light mech in BT, in my opinion.

Ice Ferret is a top five/ten medium.

Can't miss with those mechs, excellent choices by them.

Just to emphasise the Mad Dog is the first C-Bill mech for Wave 2.

Alright, Man-O-War funded!

 

Someone please tell me there isn't going to be a Clan Invasion Wave 3. I... I just can't. Please. My wallet. My friends already make fun of me for being a Legendary Overlord Saber Masakari... if I add Man-O-War to that I might have to check into rehab.

 

Give me a week of work and I'll have this funded easy

 

Will pay good money for a Vulture C !

 

Expect it to happen. There is still a Gladiator out there... waiting... anticipating.... warming up.
And regarding the 3050's classics.... the Dasher and the Viper are still missing.

I made a (german/spanish) resumée of all Mechs to come... here is an excerpt regarding the Vulture (in english ):

Mad Dog (Vulture) - 60t
300XL; NO JJ's; FF

Possible release candidates:
Prime - 4E/2M (maybe with one extra E-Slot from the B)
A - 1E/1B/6M (Rocketeer)
B - see Prime
C - 2B

This makes the C-Variant veeeeeeery probable to happen.

Comparable IS Mechs:
Catapult; Jagermech; Dragon
Loadout:
Will be a hard hitter. Not questioning that.

Speed:
Apart from the Quickdraw, no other IS Mech is comaparable to the Vulture w/o reducing firepower. If only there were JJ's this would be a monster.
Equipment:
NO ECM.
Role:
Knockout Mech or Longrange Support.... the Vulture can easily become the new Splatcat or Jager-Nemesis

 

Mist Lynx and Ice Ferret, not bad. At least some faster Clan Mechs! The Mist Lynx can equip ECM! Not bad, imo every Lights Mech should be able to equip ECM.

The Gargoyle will be an extremely fast, hard hitting Assault Mech. Due to the high Engine Rate (XL400) it will be perfect for Laserboating. Imagine a Wubanshee on Speed Drugs.

What i really look forward is the Hellbringer, which would be the first Heavy in MWO with ECM! It's Firepower might even be less than a Summoner can bring, but finally you can bring those two asskicking God Brothers (Thor & Loki) to the Battlefield! F***ing Yeaaah!



p.s. the Mad Dog was my most favorite Clan Mech in the classic MW Games..

 

But but... they didn't do a package deal every time they wanted to add an IS mech into the game. So surely the could add Clan Mechs single file after Wave 2. Right? Please? I want to believe...

Infact, I'm sure it is. That doesn't even look anything like the preorder pic.

 

Why are they using the IS names?

 

[member=80]Archwright[/member] This question was asked several times in the official forum. They use the IS Names for the Sales Offer, but Clan Names ingame. Check up the Wave 1 Collection, you see the IS Names there, but ingame you have the Clan Names. So don't worry.

 

Because the Inner Sphere is the Only Sphere. I mean, the clone war only happened because the great houses got bored making war amongst themselves, right?

I guess you mean it resembles the Dragon in shape.

 

The only thing I am interested in is the Mist Lynx because it is the only thing that can jump. If it can't fit 2x ERLL and an ECM I'll pass on it though.

Nice to see the Hellbringer and Gargoyle make it in. I think the Gargoyle could kind of set the visual tone for the Executioner. That would be an insta-buy if they made it
