Since your build does not take advantage of any of the CN9-D specificities (double ballistic or big engine) and the CN9-D has a smaller torso twist angle (90° instead of 100°), it would be better to make it on a CN9-A chassis (like this one).

This is a build completely worth while!

Not to strong but it is meant to be a light destroyer!
Just buy the PB and put his engine in it!

 

Or save and buy an xl390!
