Looks pretty solid. On my Banshee Siren I went 2xLB10X, 3xML, 1xMRM30 and it worked pretty nicely. Double AMS and SRM's instead of the MRM30 is probably decent. Quirks look like they are going to be: 10% Gauss Rifle cooldown, 10% ballistic cooldown, 10% missile spread.
