This is what I run and I have a lot of fun with it (It's my secret obsession now that I Mastered the chassis)

"But Tasen, it needs a TAG, you moron!"
Mine doesn't. I do just fine. And don't insult me, I am very sensitive (sniff).

"This is a min/max forum! You haven't even changed the weapons from the default loadout! This has no place here!"
Umm, weapons aren't the only things that can be changed/improved. I kept the weapons (the secret for the original chassis success) and improved the mech that was carrying them. THERE is your min/max. Also tell that to the Jenner pilots that flee in terror that I run down after I'm out of LRM ammo. ("HOLY CRAP! THIS GIANT LOCUST IS CHASING ME!")

"THERE IS NOT ENOUGH AMMO! THIS BUILD IS STUPID!"
Hey! Mom says I'm special! Also, you need to be smart when you launch at a target. With this build ONLY FIRE WITH A LOCK. NEVER shoot at a light. Just don't. It's a waste of ammo unless you are dead certain you will hit them. JM6, STK, BLR, AS7, HGN, THOSE are your targets for your missiles. Got a buddy in a brawl? Help them out. That's your role. Assist that kill. See a bad guy getting wolf packed? Launch on that bastard. That way your lights can do their job quicker and move on to another target even faster. YOU. ARE. SUPPORT. Act like it.

Bottom line, this is a very active support mech. With Speed Tweak and a maxxed engine your job is to get to trouble spots quickly and add your guns to the mix. Get in trouble? Run. Move towards your friends. Jump away. Laser them as you go, but GTFO. Your armor is not for brawling. It is to keep you alive so you can be helpful for as long as possible.

TL;DR Missile support on high priority targets and once you are out of ammo, meat shield and chase down lights and other troublemakers while using your big stupid arms to damage soak. Yay.

You said it already yourself, there are some weakpoints in your build compared to Grimm's Version:

    - Not enough missiles (have at least 1K!)
    - no Artemis
    - no BAP (but AMS)
    - no Tag

It's not a crap build, but also not a real good one.

I luvz my speed and my jumpiness too much to make that much of a sacrifice. I could drop all extra DHS for artemis, but that's getting a little extreme. Heat would be an issue.

    Priority for Missiles Support builds:

    1. Missiles Firepower (1.max Volley blow, 2.Artemis)
    2. Missile Ammo
    3. Cooling
    4. Extra Stuff (BAP, Tag, AMS)
    5. Speed/Agility

You sacrifice 2,5 tons for 4.2+ kph and another 2 tons for a bit more higher Jumps, while you could have so many more missiles for the lost weight. For me THAT is a too big sacrifice. I would even say you could load an even smaller Engine just to use up the remaining free critslots. But that's personal preference. ;)
