This is the build I've been trying out since I've heard about planned gauss/PPC desync. It absolutely loves hot maps as two AC10 and PPC can just keep firing and firing. The patch only made it easier to aim. The projectile speed of PPC is now much closer to that of AC10. PPC loses its damage under 90m, but two AC10 are more than enough to deal with the enemy.
I came up with almost the exact same build, I traded one tone of ammo for another jump jet and the mech plays very well indeed. I don't really find myself running out of ammo in all but the longest matches and I really enjoy the increased jumping power.
