Stock engine, only add endo-steel. Cheap version of the peekphract, actually quite viable in FP in long range maps if you don't own another more specialised mech. Command Center is kinda useless for your weapons, but it will provide a nice zoom boost without using nodes for the advanced zoom. If you are not willing to spend money of the CC, replace it with a TC1 and max your armor except for 2 points
Definitely recommend the TC over the CC. Getting advanced zoom nodes is cheaper than the CC. and armor is necessary with squishy XL engines. I'd also put one of the arm ERLL in the other high hardpoint for most situations
