The new patch just dropped and I don't see any mention of whether or not the 3LL removal of ghost heat is here to stay of if it is only temporary.

 

Addicted? ME?? Noooo.

Pretty sure once the Ghost Heat change is official the best way to tell is that it will also be lifted in Testing Grounds. Under the last "Temporary" change, the Testing Grounds still had penalty on 3x Large Classed Lasers.
