EBJ-B "Main Gauche" (2x cLPL, 3xcMPL, 3x cERSML)

Ok so like its name suggests this mech is a left sided pulse laser mech. The "Boom Boom" proved to me how good the EBJ is at corner peeping, and with pulse lasers you only need to expose yourself for a short time before slipping back. The other problem i had whilst playing the 8 MPL build was that i kept accidentally triggering ghost heat at inappropriate times, so i wanted a build with 6 or less MPLs.

This build has twin high mounted LPLs for hill peeping, and 3 more MPLs for corner peeping, making it Wubtastic, but also very hot. So the last 3 laser slots were filled with 3 mass and heat efficient cSML. If you get caught in a full frontal situation this adds a bit more punch, and more importantly it gives you something to fire when things are too hot. So far the build is very smooth to play (much easier than the Boom Boom). It has nearly max heat sinks allowing to you keep high damage output for a sustained period. Firing all the pulse lasers is hot, you should have at least 50% heat spare, as with all pulse laser mechs choose your shots carefully.

I find once you unload your alpha twice your heat will be very high, often if you wait till it falls to around 75% you can squeeze in one more twin LPL shot, which is often enough to get a kill with.

1 - ALL pulse lasers (Left Side): 3xcMPLs + 2xcLPLs
2 - sniping (Top Side): 2x cLPLs
3 - backup (Right Side): 3x cSMLs

I masterd my EBJ with these other builds:

EBJ-PRIME "Boom Boom" (2x cUAC20, 3x cERSML)

EBJ-C "4 Jay" (3x cLRM20+A, 2x cMG, 2x cSML, cTAG, cAP)

 

It was a close match, i got 5 flanking kills! The rest of my team only got 2!
