Surely you want to swap that S laser for a TAG? TAG is vital in these days of ECM on everything. This has TAG, CAP and Artemis for only a small sacrifice in firepower with an LRM-15 Cooldown Module. Plus some MGs for backup.
My take, 4x cLRM20+A, cTAG, extreme armor stripping because you're either useful or useless there is no inbetween.
