I'm very confused on all of this. The 5D would be better for this, given it gets +10% on Velocity, Cooldown, and Range. It also gives you more JJ. I'll post it up in a different thread. But as for this variant, it needs work.
? Not following why this build would work better on the 5D. To me says the quirks are for AC10 and large lasers for the 4R. I get +30% cooldown on both arms and just take ranged modules for laser and cool down for AC10 thats 40% cool down. I don't go through all the AC10 ammo so perhaps taking an extra jj is better, thanks for the input. I'm able to consistently get over 500 dmg in it so I'm happy with the build.
