Basically a nastier Hellbringer. Can work, but you have to use that left side to shield.

I have had very good luck with a similar build. Use 4x ERML instead of the pulse lasers for more UAC ammo and heat sinks. Least damage I've done with it is 390, broke 1k once. Simple and effective.
