It's a solid if a bit simplistic machine. I keep the MPL's on chain fire to help slow heat generation. The AC10 has surprising range and power. Keep moving dipping into cover when heat levels get too high.
I like this build as well, and I'm very picky. Personally, I would consider a 350 XL (I like multiples of 25, because then I can get one engine and use it in a lot of mechs instead of getting a 360 for this, 340 for that, and so on) and maybe medium lasers instead of medium pulse to get some extra DHS and maybe an extra ton of ammo, but that's more of a personal decision and not a critique.
Glad you liked it! A 350XL makes a lot of sense - only a slight loss in speed for extra tonnage and as you said more versatility. It does run hot but manageable with the MPL's so swapping them for regular ML's would allow you to fire them without abandon. Glad you liked it!
