So as per a recent discussion on the old standby build (4x SRM4 and 1x ERPPC) from before the recent quirk pass, some of us agreed an LPL would be better suited now. I ran a few matches with this build tonight and I have to say it works quite well. If this fits your play style of hitting hard while still playing a support role with your heavies/assaults as they draw fire, then give this a shot. You can drop 1 ton of ammo for another DHS, but honestly, heat was not an issue for me. You could possibly even drop the AMS/AMS Ammo for a BAP if that's more your thing.
