To fully enjoy the CBill grind on my beloved HBK it is important to have a variety of builds at the ready to keep things fresh. This is my take on a long range mobile sniper that has the speed to relocate to different lines of fire and excels at taking potshots from the outer edge of a brawl. The XL275 engine requires you to pick your engagements carefully and when you die you die real good but it also gives you the speed to maintain the ranges you want to stay safe or chase down a fleeing opponent. It's also just a nice change of pace from the in-your-face brawling that's comes natural to the GI.
Seems like an obvious choice now that the Grid Iron has 50% cooldown quirk for the Gauss Rifle. Due to the extreme firing rate, I reduced the engine considerably to take a lot more ammo. This thing will be chewing through gauss shots like a dual-gauss Jager. You COULD settle for 40 shots and keep an XL245 as a compromise.
