I built this mech half as a joke, because PPCs are so bad but I enjoy them so much, and finally succeeded pretty well on it. It's fast, manoeuvrable, good at hill-peaking thank to high hardpoint placement, you can even poptart (occasionally) and does not require face-time (that I found must dangerous on those fragile hunchies). Main weapons are the PPCs, but the smalls come pretty handy at close range when you are overheating.
