It's the Boogieman in a closet. Speed tweak and mobility skills so you can burst out in a knife fight and dish out nasty, rapid DPS and ECM to keep you hidden in the shadows. I'd probably recommend dark greyscale camo, too.
Almost doubled laser range, very similar alpha, almost identical sustained DPS (-0.5 dmg/s)... On this one you are not forced to almost hug a target to apply full damage.
