Since LLas are very poor choice after Clan weapons, I'd just go faster and cooler, with more ammos and with higher Alpha from SRM, dropping some range.
you said cooler and faster... you will never go through 500 rounds of SRM ammo at that speed, i rarely go through 3 tons in this mech. faster and cooler then each of them
