My current Highlander build. Its for close quarters, I again shaved off some rear armor for the front and BOOM! 100 CT front armor! Its fast (I like fast), but I don't use XL engines because they just reduce your survivability and I sacrificed 2 jump jets for extra weight but left 1 for peeking over hills and terrain. I changed the Ferro-Fibrous armor for Endo-Steel internals because Ferro-Fibrous armor is just dumb and they don't save much weight (the devs should really add some better features to FF armor). Finally, it has enough ammo to sustain a firefight. I actually went head-on with an Atlas and I won with this build. Remember to chain those SRMs to deal more damage.
I have replaced the SRMs with SSRMs, allowing me to add another JJ and 2 DHSs. Cooling efficiency is up by 10%. You do lose 14 armour on each leg, but I suppose that's bearable. Sustained DPS is also higher, and the SSRMs give you an edge against lights, plus you get free Artemis for them. (Until that's patched.) I wonder if my build should get its own thread, or is it too similar to this one?
Its pretty similar haha, I happen to like the Srm variant in OPs post. Good solid facepuncher. Plus I have too many highlanders with streaks on them haha. Along with the standard engine, love the build.
