I find this build best suited to staying back, with a LLas lvl 5 range module and the gauss doing great back line damage. Not too slow, and with some JJ's to clear obstacles and climb hills(about all the JJ's are good for on HGN these days). If you want, you could even drop them for bigger engine, up to you. Good heat efficiency(55%) means you can shoot the LLas for a good long while, even longer if you chain them. Mix in a gauss shot every once in a while for a winning recipe. Just don't lose that right torso!

New life in this mech after the quirk passes and being able to fire 3 blues at a time. Can't decide if I like LLas with lots of JJs or LPLas with really quick exposures, yet.

Updated build post-quirks (with calculator to simulate real corner poke action):

Anecdote: almost 3 1k rounds in a row, but I didn't burn coolshot in a round I was going to win anyways so I ended up 991 ._.

    5/5,
Love this build, but i think you are missing out not using ER Lasers, they have the same range as the Gauss. If you use both Gauss Cooldown and ER LL Cooldown, you get them to synch at around 3s.

I use them on the same weapon group, hold down fire and the lasers strip of the armour, release once the Gauss is charged to deliver a big punch to the same location. Then twist away until the recharge is ready.

    Weapon Groups:
    1) 3 ER Lasers + Gauss
    2) 3 ER Lasers on Chain fire - for when things get hot.
    3) Guass - for when things get hot.

Well I went with LLas Range module instead of Cooldown. In my experience, LLas Range Module makes your LLas go far enough for a wide majority of scenarios, only losing out in damage per heat past 600-650m.

You could poptart a little with the gauss, but spending enough time airborn to lase a full burn is going to get you blown up in return. Mostly, just corner nascar, and make sure to shield between shots.

Cant wait to master this chassis, twisting is a bit slow.

    5/5,
This is a very reliable build. If you play smart you can really clean up.
