This is a multi-purpose assault. When you PUG, you usually can't afford to be single-purpose because you don't have a real team to back you up. So this build can jump-snipe with 2x PPC, squash lights with 3x SSRM and has 2x LLas for general additional damage on the arm. It deals good damage at any range, and it has decent speed.
If an enemy is coming directly at you or standing still, greet it with 38 focused, non-ghost-heat damage. Lock arms when you do this.
As with most 733P builds, this runs pretty hot, but it's still very manageable with elited skills since you usually don't alpha (I don't remember before elite).

    Here's the STD version:

which keeps the same cooling efficiency at the cost of some armor, speed and jumpiness. However, for asymmetrical mechs like the HGN-733P I prefer XL. If your RT goes down you're pretty much useless anyway.

I added endo-steel, removed 2 DHSs, upped the engine to a STD300, maxed the armour and added AMS with a ton of ammo for it. I think this version is far more efficient, I'm not really sure why you didn't add endo-steel. Other than that, it's a pretty fun build and can dish out loads of damage.

    OK, here are some pointers.
    1) You WANT TO HAVE BAP if you use streaks. Lock time, people.
    2) LL goes to your arm for better aiming, PPC goes to your high mount for snipery action.
    3) DHS goes to Torso if you can, something about crit padding and what not.
    4) More armor to the front, less to the back

Minimal change on the build, not what I would run (I would do SRM instead) but each to their own.
