Here's a relatively agile brawler capable of keeping up at nearly all ranges, use the AC20 at close range to smash faces in and the dual LLas for more long range engagements. With a relatively high heat eff, you can take the risk of firing the larges while brawling. When confronted with high alpha builds, use your arms (given they haven't already been blown off) as one-time shields to protect yourself. Your speed lets you close the gap relatively quickly to slap people around. The same build can be applied to a CTF-3D (don't ask why i don't have one anymore) as well if you prefer JJ over 30% more C-Bill. Alternatively, you can pack on FF, remove the external heat sinks and load up on a STD 320 or something, but for simplicity and accessibility's sake I've gone with a STD 300. Well, for a STD engine Brawler Ilya, I would pack a lot more on... Gives you a higher alpha, comparable cooling, much higher DPS, Crit-seeking MGs and a lot more armor to guard yourself in a close-range brawl. For a Dual LLas/AC20 CTF, I would always go for a 3D, personally.
