I have been using the chainsaw build for a while, and was starting to get bored with it...too much of a good thing I suppose. I went with 2x regular PPC's for better heat management and lowered the leg armor to make it fit. PPCs and LBX-10s share a similar effective range profile, I just need to remember that the PPCs have a minimum range, so when I want to get up close and personal with the LBX's, the PPC's may not be helping me out as much. This build hits like a brick and is much more fun than the chainsaw build for me...not sure why, maybe it was just time for a change. Any improvements are welcome.
I was tweaking my Ilya a bit for the last couple hours and had some fun with a similar build (300XL, 3PPC, 1LBX-10). The left arm is empty but doesn't work that well as a shield (at least a bit), due to the cataphract's low arms. My weapon groups: 1 - PPCs 2 - LBX-10 3 - Torso PPCs
