    Simple concept of having standoff weapons and the AC-20s for brawling. Runs a tad bit too hot for my taste though,...

    I don't find the ams worth it, so you can gain some ammo and speed in it's place.



    With the quirks, I think you really have to take the ac20's on this mech and I found the balance between ac20's and ll's pretty nice and not that hot at all for the damage you're doing.

    Pretty much my first build, but with a STD 310 I bought for Stalkers about a year ago. My version also has the AMS - every bit helps to avoid damage to the CT - but has a tad more ammo. First game I was able to contribute was 2 kills, 6 assists and 895 damage. Didn't take a screen because I was murdered by a CDA after a KGC of my own team cored my whole back armor on the first sight of enemies...

    I agree with Aylek on the AMS being a help due to the huge missile collecting plate that your CT is. Truth be told concerning the heat, I stated that based on training grounds try-outs and my first and only drop where the the team left me lumbering behind them only to be picked off by a wolfpack,....
