Brawling set up with some decent speed after tweak for getting into position while using those large arms as shields.
why use this instead of an atlas or orion? and why STD350 and MLs when you can get a STD300 and a waaaaaay higher firepower due to MLs being replaced by LLs? other than that I guess this is doable if you have a STD350 somewhere, otherwise it is a waste of C-bills to get all this for a build that is neither fast nor powerful, just kind of balanced in the brawling range.
In fairness by that argument why use the LM at all as it does nothing better than other mechs. He's given it a short range payload for brawling and the speed to (hopefully) close in to its target. The heat sinks should also be enough to carry it through brawls.
It's not a bad build, but it's not great either. You have no long ranged ability. I would also either CASE the ammo in the side torso, or move it to the arm. I'd hate to have a bad crit hit that ammo and it chain into the CT. Try dropping down to a 325 to get some LLs instead of the mediums.
