This is what I plan on running once I get the CBill's to build it. You could also replace the two small lasers for another medium laser if you wanted. Not sure how it runs yet, but I'm confident it would do as well as most any other Locust build.
I've run it, but I keep getting tempted to remove one of the medium lasers for another ton of AMS ammo. I've run dry three or four times.
medium lasers runs a lot hotter than i would run my locust, without changing too much the idea of your build i would use this runs cooler and you actually increase your DPS with this and having one medium laser is good enough for the locust's 170kph speed. you want to have a shorter beam time to make it easyer to zoom in and zoom out. but this is my own opinion and i suggest you try both and pick the one you like the most, you may also check out my build "the angry ankle biter" it may give you ideas to bluid something that goes along your playstyle.
