I like the idea somehow, but there are several issues I'd change. As I am in my phone I can only give some verbal advise ATM. - 2 tons of SSRM ammo should easily suffice - 5 tons of Gauss ammo is sufficient as well as long as you level both ammo nodes for ballistics - Skip the cAP as you can switch your ECM to counter mode - use the weight saved (4t?) to mount a bigger engine If you either take a TC MKIII or skip the AMS you will be able to use Ferro Fibrous as well.
Also created on my phone so I eventually got fustrated with trying to rebuild it and posted it. Feel free to tweak as per your suggestions. Good ideas, especially with the +1 magazine capacity skills.
