NARC verus TAG

With the increased range of TAG it seams to me that NARC is now outdated ? Do you share this assumption?

 

Hmm if I am running a scout and can fit both I tend to ....but if I have to sacrifice the NARC is the first against the wall.

 

Narc has always been outclassed even before the increase in TAG range.

I tried NARC on some lights / fast med. I could never hit with it. I do a pretty good job hitting even the fast movers with SRMs but I could never get the hang of using NARC. I'd love to see it turned into a Streak type missile. As it is, it's not even a consideration when I build mechs.
