It's simple, and elegant. I'm also kind of surprised nobody else put it up already. I've been running this as my counter to the 12 cERSL and 4 cMG build, but you could easily run it in the prime variant as well. Left arm left mouse, right arm right mouse, chain fire on the wheel.
The Problem is the Ghostheat and the nerfed Beam Duration. It would have been a great build before ERLL.Nerf. It's still viable, if firing in Chainfire Mode, but needs a lot of Heat Management with those few Heatsinks. Have you tried 2ERLL + 4ERML with 18 Heatsinks? Can Alphafire without Ghostheat and you still have a great Firepower for all ranges.
I haven't had much problem with ghost heat. I just pay attention to my beam lengths. I will give your build idea a try though, but I really like having the four cERLL.
