Decided to open a new topic, after playing both this and the binary. They feel different enough. I went for max acceleration quirks since it's a close range mech and for the max cooling quirks SPLs can get. Active quirks summary : Additional Structure Left Arm +8 Additional Armor Left Arm +8 Additional Armor Left Torso +8 Additional Structure Center Torso +8 Additional Structure Right Torso +8 Additional Structure Right Arm +8 Additional Armor Right Arm +8 Additional Structure Left Leg +12 Additional Structure Right Leg +12 Pulse Laser Heat Generation -10% Energy Weapon Cooldown 5% Acceleration 20% Deceleration 20% Torso Angle Yaw +9° Torso Yaw Speed 10% First game with this build (was levelling the A, so had less acceleration) : I'm liking it for the nice cooling, symmetry and good alpha.
Yeah don't think I didn't test this extensively, I did - it just lacks that extra bit of oomph that makes pounce style more reliable if someone has face time in a brawl. That's the reason why I went with 10.
