Name comes from the fact that this looks like some guy slinging two pistols with the cERPPC looking like a cig dangling from his mouth. Runs quite cool actually. Obviously designed for long range, but performs just as well if you do hit and run when the map calls for it. Those fisted hands make for better arm movement. AMS version. 2x cMG Version. You might opt for placing all the guns at the arms though, or even all on one arm/side so you can shield. I find that the arms are easy target during close engagement so I put the PPC on the body. Oh remember that putting PPC on the arms remove the fist so you have less arm movement. The "more cMG" edition, with arm mounted PPC.
