I used to run the ERPPC version but the Snubs are real nice.

 

Probably the quintessential build for this variant. LPL may be less hot, but this uses quirks very well and is very nice pinpoint damage.

I'm a big fan of bringing at least one AMS on this Panther. 40% is plenty cool enough to me and given what the Panther lacks in speed, it can use the extra protection from LRMs.
